Pipe Ends
This range is comprised of metallic hinged expansion joints with two sets of convolutions and flanged ends. Multiple or single internal sleeves are available as an option. These expansion joints are designed to permit angular rotation and lateral movement in one plane only by the use of a pair of pins through hinge plates, attached to the flanges. The hinges and pins are designed to restrain the thrust of the expansion joint due to internal pressure. These expansion joints are used in sets of two or three or with gimbal expansion joints and offer a wider range of lateral movement over the ‘single’ option.
