    Flexible Hoses

    Flexible hoses are used in a number of situations such as small bore connections to equipment such as fancoil units and smaller items of plant. They are also used to absorb small amounts of thermal expansion, noise and vibration as well as to reduce fitting times on site. Where this is not reassurance enough for critical applications, Thermosel Solutions also offer a fully welded stainless steel hose as an alternative. These are suitable for very high temperatures/pressures, gas applications or media likely to have an adverse effect on rubber. Due to the construction methods used in the manufacture of these hoses they retain a high level of flexibility.

     

    Air & Dirt Separators

    The Thermosel Thermojet is a high flow device combining deaeration and dirt removal in one single unit. The unique design of the Thermojet removes all air -  including dissolved gases in the form of micro bubbles - and dirt particles down to 10 micron and less, providing a virtually maintenance free, cost effective solution to the problems of air and dirt.

    Thermosel rubber pump flexibles are used to absorb vibrations and attenuate noise caused by reciprocating plant such as pumps, chillers and air handling units.

    They may also be used to compensate for small amounts of axial, lateral and angular pipework movement, although for any significant movement, a specifically designed expansion joint should be used.

    Thermosel Solutions offer a wide range of pump flexibles to suit most applications. The majority of usage is on heating and chilled water systems, although we can also cater for more specialist media.
